He was born May 10, 1941, in Parkersburg, W.Va., to Cecil and Elizabeth Humphries Fox. He married Mary R. McCoy on May 14, 1966, in Parkersburg.

She survives along with two sons, Joseph Fox and Paul D. (Lena) Fox II, both of Elkhart; one daughter, Jennifer Fox of Elkhart; six grandchildren; and five brothers.

He was preceded in death by one daughter, Christine M. Garcia.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St. No services are scheduled and cremation will follow visitation.

Mr. Fox enjoyed playing Yahtzee and watching WWF wrestling and old movies. He was a U.S. Army veteran and worked for Employers Security at Elkhart General Hospital for 10 years.
