Patricia Lynn Patton, lovingly known as "Teresa" by family and "Pat" by coworkers, 62, of Elkhart, passed away on Tuesday, July 25, 2023, at her home. She was born on November 14, 1960, in Charlton Heights, WV, to the late William Lee Patton, Sr. and Jo Ann (Phillips) Patton.

Patricia is survived by her son, Roderick "Shane" (Patti Clark) Patton of Smithers, WV; grandchildren, Kaitlynn, Donovan, and Cameron Patton; siblings, Margaret Evans and Shawn Michael Patton, both of Dunbar, WV; sister-in-law, Elena Guevara of OH; nephews, Jeremy (Donna), William, Elijah, and Noah Patton, all of WV, and Levi and Hunter Patton, both of OH; nieces, Marissa Patton and Raegan Boothe, both of WV; and a loving host of extended family, friends, and coworkers.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, and brother, William Lee Patton, Jr.

In accordance with Patricia's wishes, cremation has been chosen. Billings Funeral Home of Elkhart has been assisting the family with arrangements.

Patricia was employed at Dexter as a factory worker for 30 years. In her spare time, she enjoyed listening to classic rock and roll music, more specifically Rod Stewart's music. She also adored the color purple, unicorns, and Mickey Mouse.

Most importantly, family was everything to Patricia. She enjoyed spending time with those she loved and was known to take care of all the children in her family as if they were her own. She also adored her home state of West Virginia, always bringing family and comfort together for her whenever she travelled back.

Patricia, along with all the love and joy she shared, will be dearly missed by those whose hearts she touched throughout her life.
