Pamela Diane Prinz, beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully at home on May 19, 2025, at the age of 75.

Born on November 2, 1949, in Wichita, Kansas, to Charles and Mary (Wood) Hutton, she moved to Norfolk, Virginia as a child and graduated from Old Dominion University with a degree in nursing. She worked as an intensive care nurse at Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona. She also resided in the Los Angeles area and Riverside, California before making Elkhart, Indiana, her home in 1986.

An energetic and passionate woman, Pam was an avid tennis player and an aerobics instructor at the former City Fitness in Elkhart. She brought enthusiasm, warmth, and fun to everything she did—especially entertaining friends and family on the St. Joe River in Elkhart and on Syracuse Lake, two places she cherished deeply.

To her three granddaughters, she was lovingly known as "Grandma Mo," a nickname born from the many Eskimo kisses they shared when they were little. Her love for her family was boundless, and her spirit will live on in the hearts of those who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her daughter, Amy (Joel) Duthie, and granddaughters Elaina, Annalise, and Mary Kate of Bristol as well as a sister, Deborah Garson of Jonesville, VA and two nieces.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
