Obituary

Olden "Fuzzy" Couch, 80, of Elkhart, passed to his rest on Thursday, October 3, 2019 at Greenleaf Health Campus, surrounded by his loving family. Fuzzy was born on April 19, 1939 in Barboursville, Kentucky to the late Woodson and Stella (Smallwood) Couch. He married Wilma, his wife of 27 years, on April 11, 1990. She survives, as well as 5 children, Barbara (Gene) Lawhorn, Emma Smith, Homer (Candy) Couch, Anita Huhn and Adrian Couch; 14 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren and 5 great great-grandchildren; 2 step-daughters, Lisa Segundo, Michelle Schrock; 6 step-grandchildren as well as 4 step-great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by 2 sons, Terry and Angelo Couch, infant daughter Pauline Couch and several brothers and sisters.

Olden was self –employed and also worked in area factories. He was a Preacher and had a church here locally for a time. He enjoyed watching TV especially westerns and had a great sense of humor and was always smiling.

Services for Fuzzy will begin at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, October 10, 2019 at Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., with Visitation 1 hour prior. Pastor Frank Eversole will officiate. Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola.
