Nora A. McNeely, 83, formerly of Elkhart, passed away on Friday, May 22, 2026, at The Bluffs Nursing Home in Columbia, MO.

 Nora was born February 6, 1943, in Proctorville, Ohio to Noah Clonch and Eva Westfall. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Leona Rood and brother, Garrett Clonch. 

She is survived by her two sons James “Jim” (Jennifer) McNeely, II and Timothy A. (Carol) McNeely, seven grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. 

Nora worked for many years at the K-Mart in Dunlap, along with ADEC and Needlecraft in Elkhart. 

A graveside service for Nora will be held at 10:00 am on day, June 4, 2026 at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens and Cemetery, 10776 McKinley Hwy, Osceola, IN 46561 with son, Jim McNeely officiating. 

Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart, IN 46514 is assisting the family.
