ELKHART -- Nicholas Lee Berentz, infant son of Brian L. and Christina (Lee) Berentz, died at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday (April 14, 2009) in Memorial Hospital, South Bend, after being prematurely born.

He is survived by his sister, Kendra L. Berentz, at home, and his grandparents, Rose Lee of New Buffalo, Mich., Louis Lee II of Fort Leonard Wood, Mo., and Bill and Nancy Berentz of Elkhart.

Friends and family may gather at the infant section of Rice Cemetery, 400 James St., Elkhart, on Monday for the 2 p.m. graveside service.

Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart, assisted the family with arrangements.
