ELKHART -- Nellie B. Reeher, 82, of Rosewood Terrace, Elkhart, died at 3:45 p.m. Friday (July 21, 2006), at the place of her residence.

She was born March 15, 1924, in Glouster, Ohio, to George and Dorothy (Harmon) Wallace. On Sept. 30, 1942, in Glouster, she married William "Bill" Reeher, who preceded her in death in 1993.

Surviving are one daughter, Linda "Dusty" (Doug) Earnhart of Elkhart; one son, William Reeher of Studio City, Calif.; three grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one brother, George Wallace Jr.

Friends may call one hour before the 7 p.m. service Wednesday at Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart. Pastors Scott Davis and Dan Mullin of Elkhart Community Baptist Church will officiate. Cremation has taken place.

A homemaker and a euchre player, Mrs. Reeher loved to crochet, cook and visit with neighbors.
