In Elkhart, a memorial service will be from 1 to 3 p.m. today at Canaan Baptist Church. The funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday in Clarksdale, Miss. Burial will follow in the McLaurin Memorial Garden Cemetery. Century Funeral Home, Clarksdale, is assisting with arrangements.

He was born Aug. 22, 1971, in Clarksdale, to Lucille Anderson.

She survives in Clarksdale, along with two daughters, Khadija Anderson of Greenwood, Miss., and Desiree Anderson of Elkhart; two stepchildren, Skylerr and Rujia Lewis of Elkhart; four brothers, Michael and Marcus Anderson of Elkhart, and Robert and Rickco Anderson of Clarksdale; one sister, Melissa Anderson Buckingham of Memphis, Tenn.; and his former wife, Mary (Gates) Anderson of Elkhart.

Mr. Anderson was a graduate of Clarksdale High School and a member of Damascus Baptist Church before moving to Indiana. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle in his free time, swimming and softball, and was a dedicated Ruff Ryder.

Mr. Anderson worked at Patrick Industries. He was a member of the Masons, King David Lodge 53 PHAJOI, Eastern Stars New Millennium Chapter 62 OESPHAJOI and Wabash Consistory 77 PHAJOI.
