Michelle Lynn Shelley, 54, of Elkhart, passed away Saturday, August 10, 2024 at her residence after a sudden illness. Michelle was born in Elkhart on March 12, 1970 to the late Ervin Shelley and Nancy E. (Ward) Shelley-Eash. In addition to her parents, her first spouse Jessica Shelley preceded her in death. Surviving is her wife Holly Marie Province; two daughters, Jennifer (Jerilynn) Hayes, Destiny (William) Lagrand; her first granddaughter on the way soon; Holly's two daughters, Brittany and Leigha Pernice; and her sisters Rhonda Crume, Glenda Shelley and brothers Chuck Shelley and Mike VanDeveer; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Michelle formerly worked as an over the road truck driver for various companies in the Michiana area. She loved to work on cars, ride motorcycles and spend time outdoors, especially at Eagle and Warsaw Lake. She also liked to hang out with her friends and living life to the fullest to the beat of her own drum.

Per the families' wishes, no visitation or services are planned at this time. cremation has been chosen under the care of Billings Funeral Home.
