MISHAWAKA — Mary B. "Beth" Bricker, 58, of Mishawaka, passed away at her home at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, April 4, 2013, after a sudden illness.
She was born in Mishawaka on Sept. 24, 1954, to James G. and Mary (Young) Bricker. They survive.
Also surviving are her daughter, Mary K. "Katy" (Seth) Schutz-VanDeventer of Mishawaka; sister Jill A. (Robert "B.G.") VanSickle of Nappanee; nephew R. Jason (Kelly) VanSickle of South Bend; and niece Danielle (Greg) Farrell of Jimtown.
In accordance with Beth's wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial celebration of Beth's life will be at Apostolic Temple Church, 2221 S. Ironwood Dr., South Bend Thursday, from 3 to 5 p.m. April 11, 2013. Pastor Chris Rowe will officiate.
Beth served as a secretary for Church World Service of Elkhart for several years. She enjoyed crocheting, traveling, going on cruises and was an avid animal lover. She was a volunteer for Goodwill Industries.
