Marlene Ann Gosser, 67, of Elkhart, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at Trailpoint Village in South Bend.

Marlene was born in South Bend, IN on June 22, 1953 to Joseph and Rita (Jankowski) Majewski. She is preceded in death by her father, Joseph.

Marlene is survived by her mother, Rita Majewski of Edwardsburg, MI; husband, Dwight; daughters, Shirley Reed of Florence, CO and Amy Jo Gosser of Muncie, IN; grandchildren, Megan, Anthony and Chelsey; great grandson, Alarik; and brother-in-law, Roger (Connie) Gosser of Texas.

Marlene graduated from Edwardsburg High School. She earned a nursing degree upon graduating. Marlene was a nurse at East Lake Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for many years. She enjoyed going on vacations and loved the beaches especially in the Dominican Republic. Most of all, she cherished time spent with her family.

Marlene was a caring person who always put others before herself.

The family has requested Marlene will be cremated and there will be no services at this time.
