Marion "Kay" Selner, 84 of Goshen passed away on Sunday, June 16, 2024 at her home.

Kay was born on July 18, 1939 in Elkhart, Indiana to Harold Weirich and Ann (Barwick) Weirich.

Kay is survived by her children Deborah (Matt) Selner of Elkhart, Timothy Selner of Union, MI and Douglas(Stephanie) Selner of New Carlisle. Grandma "KK" was loved by her 10 grandchildren; Jamie, Callie (Chris), Timothy, Benjamin (Brittany), Katie (Byrd), Alicia, Dawn, Keifer and Jessica.as well as her 13 great- grandchildren; Mckynzie, Ethan, Jordan, Makayla, Sophia, Penelope, Zoey, Ayden, Landen, Neveah, Terry, Carson, and Korey.

Kay worked in the nursing field for 32 years and enjoyed caring for her patients at various nursing homes. She was a proud breast cancer survivor. She enjoyed reading, crocheting, listening to Gospel music and learning about the Amish way of life. She also was an avid Chicago Cubs fan and enjoyed watching her grandchildren in various sporting events.

Kay is proceeded in death by her parents along with her grandparents, Dwight and Wilma Cook, her granddaughter Erika Beachy and her brother, Tom Weirich.

A private graveside service at Rice Cemetery will be held at a later date.
