ELKHART -- Marilyn Ruth Long, 80, of Elkhart died at 10:30 p.m. Saturday (May 17, 2008) in Golden Living Center.

She was born July 10, 1927, in Elkhart to William C. and Mary Lucile (Rhoades) Masten.

She is survived by her only son, Dennis William Long of Elkhart.

Mrs. Long worked at CTS for many years, retiring in 1990. She was a 1946 Elkhart High School graduate. She enjoyed knitting and cooking.

Friends may call from 9 to 10 a.m. Friday at Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St. There will be no services. A private burial will take place in Rice Cemetery, Elkhart.

Memorials may be given to a charity of the donor's choice.
