Marie "Oma" J. Weber, 91, of Elkhart, passed away peacefully Monday, April 13, 2020 at her residence. Marie was born in Vierzighuben, Czech Republic on November 11, 1928 to the late Johann and Amalia (Stindl) Neumeister. Marie married Walter Weber on April 21, 1951.They moved to the United States of America in 1957. Walter passed away on November 23, 1985.

Surviving are her three children, Monika Marjason, Lotte (Ron) Canen and Frederick Weber; 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren survive as well.

In addition to her parents and husband, a brother Gerhard Neumeister, sisters, Annie Haupt, Greta Scheuster and her son-in law Daniel Marjason preceded her in death.

Marie was a loving wife, mother, grandma and homemaker. She loved her flowers, doing word search puzzles and crocheting. An avid fisherman, she also liked sports, especially all the Chicago teams, Cubs, White Sox and Bulls.
