Louis Charles Null II, 73, of Elkhart, passed away on Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at his home.

Louis was born on October 1, 1946 in Elkhart to the late Louis C. Null I and Mary Beth Whitaker-Null. He is preceded in death by his parents, his stepson, William Dale Carter; brother, Carey Dean "Gary" Whitaker and sister, Tonia Himes.

Louis is survived by his children, Louis Lily, Karri Redmore, Louis (Susan) Null III, Jarrod Null, Bret (Heather ) Null, James Null and Dallas Null (Kyle); grandchildren, Corina, Chelsey, Kaitlyn, Shelbey, Cheyenne, Elijah, Jeremiah, Alissa, Kyle, Dylan, Kennedy, Madison, Tyler, Alexandria, Noryel and Terra; sisters, Cindra Lou (Bob) Mikel, Beverly Susan (Wendell) Hochstetler, Lynn Ellen (Larry) West, Marlene Kay (Donnie) Baxter, and Dawn Marie (Tony) Russo.

Louis's life revolved around working on cars. He was an automobile technician at Northside Auto Sales for over 10 years. Louis belonged to True Vine Tabernacle Church. He was a tinkerer and a "jack of all trades". He also enjoyed horses, playing golf and pool and watching car races. Louis was a good dad but an even better grandfather.

Per Louis's request there will be no services and he will be cremated. Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart is assisting the family.
