Obituary
ELKHART — Louis "Louie" Larsen III, 60, of Elkhart, passed away in his home Sunday evening, May 24.
He was born Oct. 24, 1954, in Elkhart, to the late Louis Jr. and Helen (Fearnow) Larsen.
Surviving are his friends and caregivers, Antonette Reese and Missy Barrett, both of Elkhart.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Iris Anne Larsen.
Louie's life will be celebrated at Billings Funeral Home on Friday, May 29, with a funeral service beginning at 10 a.m. A private burial will follow in Little Pine Cemetery in Goshen.
Louie studied journalism at Ball State University and was employed for a time at the J.J. Babbitt Co. of Elkhart. He was a gentle man who enjoyed the company of others.
