Lisa Y. Bush, 46, of Elkhart passed away while visiting a friend on Saturday, October 20, 2018. She was born on March 11, 1972 in Chicago, IL to the late Jesse Winters and Claudia Bush.

She was a fun, outgoing, and kind lady with a love for her family and enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. Lisa enjoyed entertaining her many guests and loved to cook. Everyone especially loved her delicious homemade banana pudding. She worked for many years as a cashier at the local Dollar General and had attended St. Vincent de Paul Catholic church.

She leaves to cherish her memories with her daughters Taishay, Talisha, and Teresa Bush and her son Dontea Bush. She will also be missed by her four grandchildren, sister – Kathy Adams, brothers – Tarrance (Synthia) Bush and Marcus Figgins, and her best friend Antionette Cook.

Per the family's wishes, cremation was chosen under the care of Billings Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Elkhart.
