Linda L. Miller, 69, of Elkhart, passed away on Sunday, April 2, 2023 at Elkhart General Hospital. Linda was born on August 19, 1953 in South Bend to the late Roy and Ruth Jones.

Linda was married to Joseph "Joe" Miller on June 24, 1978 in Elkhart, IN.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Ruth Jones; two sisters, Ellen Frazier and Anna Jones; grandson, Austin Jones; brother-in-law, Ben Miller and her German Shepherds, Gus and Odin.

Linda is survived by her husband of 45 years, Joe Miller of Elkhart; daughter, Dina Jo (Roger) Callahan of Dowagiac, MI; four grandchildren, Rebeccah (Marc), Caleb (Katie), Rachel and Wyatt; three great-grandchildren, Paisley, Reagen and Oaklynn; sisters-in-law, Mattie (Everett) Dausman, Ann (Larry) Flora and Mary (Ken) Dorrier, Deb (Ben) Miller; and brother-in-law, Lamar (Nadine) Miller and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was a creative lady with a quick wit that added many laughs to family gatherings. She loved tending her flower gardens and sharing beautiful bouquets with others. Linda was an excellent cook known for her famous fried chicken. In her free time, Linda enjoyed collecting antiques, crocheting and making ceramics. Linda will be greatly missed by all.

A Celebration of Life Service for Linda will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, April 29, 2023 at Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin Street, Elkhart, IN 46514 with Lamar Miller officiating.

A Gathering for family and friends will be held one hour prior to the service from 10:00 am to 11:00 am also at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be directed to Center for Hospice and Palliative Care, 501 Comfort Pl., Mishawaka, IN 46545.

In her last selfless act on earth and to help others, Linda became a tissue donor. Per Linda's request, she will be cremated.
