Obituary
He was born Nov. 2, 1953, in Elkhart to Lewis E. and Gladys (Vincent) Waterman Sr.
Lewis is survived by his three sons, Chris (Melissa) and Craig Waterman and Charles (Laura) Witte, all of Elkhart; six grandchildren, Lucas, Zachary, Taylor and Samantha Waterman, and Katelin and Brandon Witte; his stepfather and mother, Ward and Gladys Correll of Elkhart; and his friend, Daria Veen of Elkhart.
Friends may call two hours prior to the 4 p.m. Friday funeral service at Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart. The Rev. Matt Maloney of California Road Missionary Church will officiate. Cremation will follow services.
Lewis formerly was employed at RMG Foundry in Mishawaka and enjoyed building and fabricating his own vehicles. He was a veteran of the Indiana National Guard.
