Laura was a devout woman of her faith and loved her family immensely. She attended Saginaw School and married Sydney Wood. Laura began her family with her three sons and would later divorce Sydney. She worked as seamstress for many years at White House Manufacturing and Denten Mills. Laura later married Guy Quarandillo on October 19, 1984, where she welcomed in four more children. They were a beautiful, blended family, much like the Brady Bunch and she loved every one of her children.

Laura loved to sew and was extremely crafty as she also knew how to knit and crochet. She enjoyed making quilts for all of her family members. Laura had never met a stranger and always did what she could to help those in need, she made it her mission to follow the Golden Rule.

She was a member of St. Mary of the Annunciation Catholic Church in Bristol where she was a part of the Rosary Society and helped with many of the funeral dinners. Laura participated in the church’s craft bazaars by selling the many projects she had worked on. In her spare time, she enjoyed traveling with her family and bowling. Her greatest achievement was when she and Guy won the Moose Bowling State Tournament together while she was a part of the Ladies of the Moose organization. Laura also enjoyed researching family genealogy and kept track of her family’s history. She will be dearly missed by her loving family who all loved her dearly and by her many friends.
