Kimberly Ann Johnson, 60, of Elkhart, passed to her rest Monday evening, February 13, 2023 at her home, with her loving family by her side. Kimberly was born on October 9, 1962 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Walter and Connie (Justice) Rhodes. She married Leslie Johnson Sr. on December 2, 1977.

Surviving is her husband of 45 years, Leslie Johnson Sr., two daughters, Angela Johnson and her life partner Brandon Tolliver, Kristina (Jason) Snook; a son Adrian Couch; and fourteen loving grandchildren; also surviving are stepsisters: Cheryl Wells, Stephanie Hamiltons; and brothers, Walter Rhodes, Randy Rhodes, and her stepmother: Ethel Rhodes, as well as a host of other relatives and friends to morn her passing.

In addition to her parents, three sons, Robert Johnson, Billy Joe Johnson, Leslie Johnson Jr. and 4 brothers, Danny Rhodes, Blueford Henson, Larry Rhodes and Marty Rhodes as well as two sisters Alice Rhodes and Cathy Hobbs preceded her in death.

Kimberly was a loving wife, mother, and grandma. Services will be Friday, February 24, at 1:00 p.m. with visitation from 11:00 a.m. until service time at Barbourville Funeral Home, 1196 US-25 E., Barbourville, KY, 40906. Burial will follow in Callebs Creek Cemetery, Barbourville, KY, with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
