Kiersy-bo was a vivacious, selfless universal best friend to all who knew her. She loved life and lived it to the fullest; and although she might come across as a little shy at first, once she became comfortable around you, your mutual friendship would know no bounds. She was a 2018 graduate of Ross Beatty High School in Cassopolis and went on to work in the food service industry. Of all the places she was employed, however, most would recognize her smiling face down at Porky's Party Place in Cassopolis, which she admitted was her favorite place to work.
She was also an avid outdoors girl, and loved to camp, ride four-wheelers, go muddin' and embark on just about any outdoors and wild adventure that would pass her way. She loved flannel and hoodies and cool fall days. She loved the beauty of simplicity and the embrace of her family. She loved the camaraderie of her friends and workmates and spending memorable times with them. She loved purple and lavender. She loved a very eclectic variety of music. And boy, did she love to sleep!!!! We can only imagine she would disappear for hours during a good thunderstorm!
She was great with kids, and her nieces and nephews meant everything to her. She had a special relationship with her Mamaw Lila before Lila passed, and she also had quite a fondness for her Uncle Shawn, who would always help her out with special projects. Finally, it should be mentioned that Kiersy-bo was always conscientious of the thoughts and feelings of others, and always went out of her way to never come across as a mean person.
Family and friends are invited to browse Kieresy-bo's obit page at the funeral home's website for further information. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to her mom, Gail.
