BRISTOL — Khamla Phaiyaphak, 75, of Bristol, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2013, at Elkhart General Hospital.
He was born Aug. 9, 1938, in Champasak, Laos, to Oun and Osa (Phaiyaphak) Ounsombath.
Survivors include one brother, Jerry (Karen) Ounsombath of Bristol, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sister and a brother, Kong Ounsombath.
Khamla was employed at various factories in Elkhart and St. Joseph counties.
Cremation will take place at Altera Cremation Services.

Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart, is entrusted with arrangements.
