Kevin William Solmos, 56, of Elkhart, passed away on Saturday, October 22, 2022, at Riverside Village Nursing Home. Kevin was born on September 21, 1966, in LaPorte, IN to the late William Perry and Barbara (Moyer) Solmos. He married the late Karen Sue Arter in 2011 in Elkhart.

Kevin is survived by his siblings, Tim Solmos and Kristi (Troy) Price, and 7 nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his wife; his parents; adopted father, James "Tob" Solmos; and brother, Brad Solmos.

In accordance with Kevin's wishes, cremation has been chosen. Billings Funeral Home of Elkhart is assisting the family with arrangements.

Kevin was employed at Wells Aluminum as a factory worker. He also attended Ivy Tech for a time taking courses centered in mechanics. He had a love and appreciation for working on and admiring old cars. Kevin also enjoyed being outdoors surrounded by nature and always enjoyed a good time socializing at the local pub or occasional party.

Kevin will be dearly missed by those whose hearts he touched throughout his life.
