ELKHART — Kevan Eugene Rader, 67, of Elkhart, passed away May 14, 2018.

He was born June 1, 1950, in Elkhart, to the late Lorenzo Eugene and Vera (Myers) Rader.

Kevan owned Kevan Industries and an excavation company for many years.

He enjoyed karaoke and RC car racing.

He spent his time volunteering for Baugo Little League and selflessly driving his friends and neighbors to doctors' appointments and to the grocery store whenever they needed.

He is survived by his brother, Daren (Robin) Rader; sister, LaDonna (Mark) Wyatt; nephews, Dana (Stephanie) Platz and Brandon (Aubrey) White; nieces, Erika Rader, Kerri Simpson and Kayla (Scott) Rector; and many great-nieces and -nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his sisters, Starles Frost and Kellie Platz.

Arrangements are in the care of Billings Funeral Home.
