Kenneth R. Fink, 63, passed away, Sunday, January 14, 2018 at his residence. Ken was born on August 19, 1954 in South Bend to Charles and Barbara (Troyer) Fink. Surviving is his wife Cecilia Landy, daughter, Kristen (Dru) Sweinhart; sister, Karen Hay; niece Jami (Craig) Redman, nephew Justin Hay and 4 step-children. He was preceded in death by his parents and step-mother Patricia Fink.  Per Ken's wishes, cremation was chosen. Billings Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
