ELKHART — Kathy E. Knauss, 56, of Elkhart, passed away Monday, March 25, 2013, at home.
She was born Dec. 26, 1956, in Elkhart to Marquis J. Wyman and Mary Elizabeth (Iavagnilio) Wyman.
Survivors include her husband, Ron L. Knauss of Bristol; two daughters, Jamie (Michael) McMullen of Elkhart and Bailee Knauss of Bristol; sister Kami (Wyman) Howard of Elkhart; brother Mark Wyman of South Bend; granddaughter Myla McMullen of Elkhart; and a grandson, Harris McMullen of Elkhart.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Karen Sassaman, Kristine Nolte and Kimberly Wyman.
Kathy was formerly employed at Temple Products for several years. She was an avid Notre Dame and Chicago Bears football fan and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
The family will receive friends for two hours prior to the 6 p.m. Friday, March 29, 2013, memorial service at Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart. Cremation will take place at Altera Cremation Services in Elkhart.
