ELKHART -- Karyssa Marie Armstrong, 5-month-old daughter of Chad M. Armstrong and Lizabeth M. Weber of Appletree Lane, died Sunday (July 27, 2008) in Elkhart General Hospital.

She was born March 7, 2008, in Sturgis, Mich., and is survived by her parents along with her grandparents, Mike and Liz Weber of Edwardsburg, Mich., and Robert and Jeannie Guthrie of Elkhart; and great-grandparents Carol Castenando of Cassopolis, Mich., and Richard and Carol Armstrong of Edwardsburg.

Karyssa was a happy girl.

Friends may call one hour prior to Thursday's 1 p.m. funeral service at Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart. Pastor Jim Garnet of Mason Township Baptist Church, Michigan, will officiate. Burial will be in Adamsville Cemetery, Adamsville, Mich.

Memorials may be given to the Karyssa M. Armstrong Memorial Fund in care of Billings Funeral Home.
