Kamilah A. Diaz De Leon-Medrano, 2, passed away too soon on Saturday, June 24, 2023 at her home.

Kamilah was born on September 9, 2020 in Elkhart to her parents, Manuel Alejandro Diaz De Leon and Patricia Yamileth Medrano Cañenguez. She is preceded in death by her Uncle Miguel.

Kamilah is survived by the family she loved including her parents, Manuel and Patricia; grandparents, Cruz (Antonia) Medrano and Manuel Diaz De Leon and Fatima Floriano; brothers, Jose, Ulysses and Daniel Guzman Medrano; sister, Roxana Diaz De Leon; Uncles, Cruz Medrano, Rudy Medrano, Cesar Diaz De Leon; Aunts, Karina Medrano and Adriana Diaz De Leon; cousins, Dyland, Jacob and Matthew Sanchez Medrano; her puppy, Poly and many family and friends whom loved her and will miss her.

She was a girly girl whose favorite color was pink. She enjoyed dressing up like a princess including wearing jewelry, nail polish, perfume and makeup.

She enjoyed going to the beach, bubbles and tending to her family chickens. Most of all, Kamilah loved her family, especially her brothers and sisters.

Kamilah was a happy-go-lucky girl. In Kamilah's short life, she filled our lives with joy and happiness.
