Judy Mae Young, 68, of Elkhart, passed away Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at Elkhart General Hospital after a short illness. Judy was born on June 30, 1954 in Blytheville, Arkansas to the late Julius and Bessie (Jackson) Young. Judy is survived by her three daughters, Barbara Young, Markeita Young and Kizzy Young; ten loving grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren; also surviving are six brothers, Willie Young, James Young, Joe Young, Clint Young, Jerry Young, Anthony Young; and three sisters, Angalee Young, Louise Young and Barbara (Ronnie) Nichols; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and host of relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by three brothers Harris Young, Earl Young, Larry Young and a great grandson Harold Young.

Judy worked for several factories over the years, and was a longtime member of Greater Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church in Elkhart. She loved to cook and bake. Judy was well known for her Banana Pudding, Pecan Pie, cheesecake and especially, her peanut butter caramel cake!

A private family visitation was held.
