ELKHART — Judith L. "Judy" Arisman, 72, passed away at 1:35 p.m. Monday, Oct. 10, 2011, at her Elkhart home after an extended illness.
She was born Dec. 23, 1938, to the late George and Juanita (Burse) Dunivant. She married David Arisman on June 30, 1956, in South Bend. He survives at home.
Also surviving are daughters Kathy M. (Craig) Parks, Kandy L. (Mike) Wolf and Kristy L. Claeys; sons Mark L. (Sheila) and David G. (Lori) Arisman Jr.; sisters Virginia M. Heiner and Mary D. (Jay) Corley; 22 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
Two brothers, Roland and Robert Dunivant, preceded her in death.
Services will be Friday, Oct. 14, 2011, at Billings Funeral Home, Elkhart, where visitation will begin at 11 a.m. followed by the funeral at 1 p.m. Burial will be in Rice Cemetery, Elkhart. The Rev. Richard Dunn of First Congregational Church of Elkhart will officiate.
Judy spent most of her life as a homemaker.
