Joshua E. "Josh" Kilian, 27, of Elkhart, passed away from injuries sustained in an automobile accident on Wednesday, Nov. 1, 2017. Close friend Nickole Nichols, 30, also perished in that crash.

Josh was born Jan. 15, 1990 in Elkhart to the late Kathy Kilian Hochstetler

Surviving are his brothers Ransleykyle "R.K." Barnes and Rozzie G. Barnes; step-brother Jerry Hochstetler, Jr.; step-sisters Brandy Elliott and Colleen Hochstetler; step-father Jerry Hochstetler, and a host of loving aunts, uncles and cousins, including Petra & Carl Bernard.

No formal services have been planned and Billings Funeral Home of Elkhart has been assisting the family with arrangements.

Josh was a free spirit who lived his life to the fullest and had the ability to make friends easily because of his outgoing personality and compassion for others. He had been working at Bravo Trailers of Bristol.

Donations may be given in his memory to his brothers R.K. and Rozzie.
