Joseph Anthony "Joe" Craig, 65, of Elkhart, passed away early Sunday morning, July 16, 2023 at Eastlake Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. Joe was born on November 18, 1957 in Goshen to the late Victor Robert and Edna (Wortinger) Craig. He is survived by his wife Nicolette "Nikki" Craig, son Joseph "Joe Joe"  and wife, Tailea Craig; four grandchildren; sister Bonnie Beth Craig; niece Jessica Craig and a large extended family. Joe graduated from Goshen High School and has worked as a security guard for several area security companies since 1976. He was an avid NASCAR fan, with both Dale Earnhardt Sr. and Jr., his favorite drivers. Joe also liked spending time with his family and friends. In his younger days, he enjoyed playing cards.

In honoring his wishes, cremation was chosen under the care of Billings Funeral Home and Altera Cremation Service. His final request is to be scattered in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Condolences may be made online at www.billingsfuneralhome.com
