Johnnie C. Huff, 84, of Elkhart, formerly of Jamestown, TN, passed away after a long illness on Thursday, September 29, 2022 at his home.

Johnnie was born on December 11, 1937 to the late Dennis and Ina (Williams) Huff in Jamestown, TN. He married the love of his life, Tina Huff. She passed away in 2014.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Tina; children, Sandra and Johnnie Ray and parents, Dennis and Ina.

Johnnie is survived by his daughter, Theresa (Martin) Osorio of Burnside, KY; sons, Johnnie Huff Jr., and Jeffrey Ray Huff; niece and caregiver, Marilyn Walter of Elkhart; sisters, Virginia Weaver and Margarette (Gary) Woods; and grandson, Cody.

Johnnie was a factory worker throughout his life, most recently with Teledyne. Music was Johnnie's life. He was a skilled banjo player, playing blue grass and country music. In his spare time, Johnnie enjoyed trying his luck at the Casino.

Johnnie enjoyed picking on people and it was all in good fun. He was a practical joker and knew how to push people's buttons.

There will be graveside services held at Upchurch Cemetery in Pall Mall, TN at a later date. Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart, IN 46514 is assisting the family.
