Obituary
GOSHEN — Johnathan G. Swallow, 48, of Goshen, was found passed away at his home at 5:37 p.m. Monday, Dec. 7.
He was born in North Kingstown, R.I., May 5, 1967, to Michael (Marjorie) Swallow of Middlebury and Linda (David) Baumgartner-Buie of Ledbetter, Ky.
Also surviving are his daughter, Sydney Swallow; his former spouse, Lori J. (Cripe) Swallow; brothers U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Michael (Jamie) Swallow, Brian (Wendy) Swallow, U.S. Marine Corps Gunnery Sgt. David (Faith) Martin, Steve (Brook) Johnson and Bobby Johnson; and his sister, Dawn White.
In accordance with the family's wishes, no immediate services have been scheduled, and cremation is to take place.
Billings Funeral Home of Elkhart has been assisting the family with the arrangements.
Johnathan worked for many years as a CAD designer for the RV industry. He enjoyed golfing and spending time with his friends. He also served with the United Cancer Services of Elkhart County as a two-time cancer survivor.
Donations may be given to the United Cancer Services of Elkhart County or the Elkhart Hospice House.
