ELKHART —  John F. Ingle, 59, of Elkhart, passed away at 3:32 a.m. Friday, Aug. 31, 2018, at his home following a sudden illness.

He was born on July 7, 1959, in St. Louis, Missouri, to the late John and Virginia (Tittle) Ingle.

Surviving are a son, Jarod (Vanessa) Ingle; grandchildren Jadon and Aria Ingle; brothers Rodney (Christina) Prescott and Michael (Mary) Ingle; sister Sue Ingle; former spouse Shelly Ingle; close friend Dave Perey; and nephew Coty Morrison.

No immediate services have been planned.

In accordance with his wishes, John is to be cremated with the assistance of Billings Funeral Home of Elkhart.

John was an automotive painter in the RV industry for many years.

He attended Southwestern Michigan College and was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

He loved darts, playing pool softball and other sports-related activities, as well as attending cook-outs.
