John Coby Fletcher, 72, residing in Goshen, passed away Saturday, August 22, 2020 at Eastlake Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. John was born on June 28, 1948 in Long Lane, Missouri to the late John C. and Mary Maxine (McGinnis) Fletcher.

John worked as an over the road truck driver for many years, recently he had been working for Bennett Transport delivering RV's.  He proudly served in the U.S. Army as an MP during the Vietnam War from March 1968 until his honorable discharge in October of 1969.

Surviving is a son, John C. Fletcher III and wife Shala, brother Paul A. Fletcher and wife Luinda, and two sisters Rhonda Lynn Flack and husband Wes and Marsha Jones and husband Roger; also surviving are 2 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Per John's wishes, cremation was chosen; Burial of his cremated remains with honors will be at a later date at Veterans Memorial Cemetery of Western Colorado.

Arrangements for John are under the care of Billings Funeral Home, Elkhart.
