Obituary
BRISTOL — Joel T. Oaks, 69, of Bristol, passed away Monday, Feb. 20, at the Elkhart Hospice House.
He was born July 3, 1947, in Randolph County, Ind., to the late John Joel and Martha Jane (Hamilton) Oaks.
He is survived by all his caregivers, friends and family at ADEC where he was a longtime resident.
A celebration of life service will be at 1 p.m Tuesday, March 14, at the pavilion on the ADEC Campus, 19816 S. R. 120, Bristol.
Memorial contributions should be made out to Angel of ADEC, 19816 S. R. 120, Bristol, IN 46507.
Arrangements are under the care of Billings Funeral Home.
