Jaxon Milford Copley, age 3, passed away Friday, October 29, 2021, as a result of an automobile accident, that also claimed the life of his brother Mark and mother Jessica.

Jaxon was born on December 3, 2017 in South Bend, to MJ Copley Jr. and Jessica Faye Tubbs.

He is survived by his father MJ Copley Jr.; sister Maliyah Faye Copley; grandparents, Mark and Francine Copley, Teresa F. Barnes; great grandparents, Edna & Jim McCluckie, Floyd & Barb Whalen and Mae Tubbs; aunts Tiffany Bedel, Paige Copley; uncles Clayton Tubbs, Eddie Tubbs, Travis Tubbs , Ryon Copley, Greg Bedel; many family members and friends who will miss him greatly. He was preceded in death by his mother Jessica Faye Tubbs and brother Mark Leroy Copley III, cousin Ahni Washington, grandfather Edward L Tubbs and great-grandfather JL Tubbs.

Jaxon or "Jax" love watching Paw Patrol and Scooby Do, He loved to eat meaning anything and everything he could get his hand on. As soon as he opened his eyes in the morning, he was ready and rearing to go play with his big brother Mark.

Services for the Copley and Tubbs family will be held on Saturday, November 6, 2021, beginning at Noon (12'o'clock") with visitation starting at 9:30 a.m. until service time, at Crossroads Community Church, 57415 Alpha Drive, Goshen, IN 46528. Burial will follow at Little Pine Cemetery, Goshen.
