Elkhart-James "Jim" T. Laughlin, 84, of Elkhart, passed away on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at Greenleaf Health Campus.

Jim was born on August 15, 1936 in Manhattan, KS to Thomas and Eleanor (Seibers) Laughlin. He married the love of his life, Suzann (Nance) Laughlin on November 27, 1958 in Brazil, IN.

Jim is preceded in death by his parents, son, Timothy; son-in-law, Corey; grandson, Aaron, granddaughter, Bridgid and brothers, David and Thomas.

Jim is survived by his wife of 62 years, Suzann; children, Christopher (Colleen), Kevin (Melissa), Colleen Lawrence, Kathleen (Kyle) Moreillon and Maureen (Mike) Campbell; brothers, Msgr., Martin Laughlin and John Laughlin; daughter-in-law, Jill Laughlin; 25 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Jim was in sales with a sewing operation. He was also president with Coachman. Jim was also a local business owner as well. Jim was a member of St. Mary's of the Annunciation Church in Bristol. Jim was a hardworking and family man. He will be greatly missed.

There will be no visitation or services for Jim. Cremation was chosen. Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart, IN 46514 is assisting the family.
