James Dale Crawford, 56, residing in Elkhart, passed away peacefully Wednesday December 11, 2024 surrounded by his family and wife.

James met and married Anita 36 years ago and they were married for 35 years. James is survived by his wife Anita, and children Michael, Taylor, Brandon and Paige. 8 grandchildren; sisters Amy Price and Julie Phillips.

James was a supervisor working in construction for many years. He enjoyed traveling, panning for gold and being outdoors. James had the gift of "water witching" taking willow branches and was able to find water repeatedly. He amazes everyone with his ability. James was a comedian, had a great sense of humor and loved to have family get together and spend time with family.
