James O. "Jim" Comadoll, 63, of Elkhart, passed away on December 27, 2023, at Elkhart General Hospital. He was born on January 21, 1960, to the late Cecil Comadoll Sr. and Barbara (Wogaman) Bowen.

Jim was also preceded in death by his brothers, Cecil Comadoll Jr. and Daniel Comadoll; sister, Connie Dalton; and loving canine companions, Bud, Max, and Lucy. He is survived by his sons, Zachary Comadoll and Anthony (Brittney) Neal; daughters, Jamie Bowen, Samantha Neal, and Nichole (Bryan) May; 15 grandchildren; one great grandson; former spouse and best friend, Eva Riley; and three loving nieces.

In accordance with Jim's wishes, cremation was chosen and will take place at Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St. in Elkhart. A private family celebration of life will take place at a later date.

Jim was a loving and kind man who would give the shirt off his back to help someone in need. He worked in tool and die manufacturing for many years prior to retiring. Jim enjoyed fishing and the companionship of his faithful canines. He loved his family immensely and always gave them the best advice whenever they came to him with a problem. Jim will be greatly missed by his loving family and many friends.
