James "Jimmy" A. Boal, 52, of Elkhart, passed away on Friday, May 26, 2023 at his home.

Jimmy was born on June 19, 1970 in Elkhart to James "Jim" Earl Boal (Diane) and Esin Onuk all of whom survive.  Jimmy is survived by his only daughter, Samantha

Jaymes Samiye Boal of Cassopolis, MI; brother, Joseph William Boal of Elkhart, sisters, Esin Haver, Bernadette Boal of Turkiye and Christina Taylor Boal of Elkhart; nieces, Izel and Sibel Boal of Turkiye and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Jimmy graduated from Elkhart Central High School, He was an accomplished violinist and enjoyed playing in the orchestra, He enjoyed learning about electrical, plumbing and heating/air through hands on experience and various classes during his lifetime.

He was employed at Walerko Tool and Engineering. Jimmy previously worked in the Modular Home industry and air compressor maintenance service.

Jimmy loved spending time with his daughter, Sami. They enjoyed traveling to unique breakfast places, drawing inspiration from their meals to cook new dishes. He was an avid angler, taking joy in finding new fishing spots, and going to the gun range on the weekends, especially with his Dad and daughter.

Jimmy had a never ending, sharp sense of humor, but always would lend a hand whenever anyone had a need. He was beyond empathetic to any creatures, big or small, taking in many pets with endless care. He will be missed by many who knew him, but the mark he left on this world will not be forgotten.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at St. Mary of the Annunciation Catholic Church, 411 W. Vistula Rd., Bristol, IN 46507 with Fr. Tegha Nji Afuhwi.

Visitation with the family will be 1 hour prior to the Mass from 10:00am to 11:00am at the church.

Burial will follow at Prairie Street Cemetery at 2:00pm following the luncheon.
