He was born Nov. 7, 1972, in Elkhart to Ronald and Pamela (Harris) Allard.

They survive along with four brothers, Ronnie, Napoleon, Hank and Auggie Allard, all of Elkhart; a sister, Melissa (Ray) Rogers of South Bend; and grandmother Mildred Nicley of Elkhart.

A memorial service is planned, but details are pending. Cremation will take place.

Mr. Allard was good with his hands and was usually found installing carpets when he could find work. He enjoyed writing poems and short stories. He also was an avid swimmer and liked to participate in Tae Kwon Do. He liked to listen to heavy metal music, ride his motorcycle and spend time with his family.

Mr. Allard was living with his father at the time of his death, but had spent some of his life homeless and unemployed. For that reason, his family wishes memorials be given to Faith Mission.
