He is survived by his mother, Amanda Beltran; his father, Antonio Salazer; a brother, Cristobal Beltran; grandparents Bessie and Antonio Beltran, all of Elkhart; and a great-grandmother, Amalia Beltran of Weslaco, Teas.

A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Monday at Rice Cemetery, with the Rev. J. Scott Carper of Goshen First Assembly of God officiating.
