Obituary
BRISTOL- Jacob W. Johnson, 34, of Bristol, passed away Saturday, January 25, 2014 at Elkhart General Hospital after an extended battle with Muscular Dystrophy. He was born December 22, 1979 in Elkhart to Gerald W. "Jerry" and Pamela J. (Hostetler) Johnson.
Survivors include his parents, Jerry and Pamela Johnson of Bristol; brother, Aaron (Layna) Johnson of Elkhart; sister, Amy Johnson of Elkhart and a niece, Alaya Johnson of Elkhart
The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the 7:00 P.M. celebration of life service on Wednesday, January 29, 2014 at Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin Street, Elkhart. Pastor Dr. Daniel Gelatt will officiate. Cremation will take place at Altera Cremation Services.
Memorial contributions may be given to the family in memory of Jacob.
