Ms. Hazel M. Sanders, 81, of Elkhart, passed away peacefully at Riverside Village in Elkhart on Friday, Nov. 6, 2020 at 8:30 am following an extended illness. She was born on February 15, 1939 in Sault St. Marie, MI to the late William and Edith (Letson) Watchorn.

She is survived by her husband Don Sanders, who resides in Bayside, NY, as well as brothers Albert (Donna), Harold (Shirley), Jim and Herb Watchorn and a sister, Freida. Also surviving is a host of loving extended family and friends.

In accordance with her wishes, no services have been scheduled and a direct cremation has taken place. Billings Funeral Home and Cremation Services have been assisting the family.

Hazel had taken training in the late 1950's to be an airline flight attendant (stewardess). In her later years, she was a homemaker.
