Glenn O. Flicker, 82, of Elkhart, passed away Sunday, April 26, 2020 at his home.

Glenn was born on February 24, 1938 to the late Frank and Hazel (Daum) Flicker in Elkhart, IN. He married the late, Patricia R. Flicker on April 11, 1966 in Elkhart, IN. She passed away on February 5, 2018.

He is preceded in death by a son, Jeffery Flicker and two brothers, William and Gerald Flicker.

Glenn is survived by his daughter, Tricia (James) Miller of Osceola; three grandchildren, Jami (Mike) Franks of Elkhart, Riley Miller of Osceola and Alina Ruiz-Merino of Hamburg, Germany; two great grandchildren, Gavin and Andrea Franks; a sister, Barbara Adams and a brother, Richard (Alice) Flicker, all of Elkhart.

Glenn graduated from Elkhart High School in 1957. He honorably and proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. Glenn was the owner and operator of G & P Excavating for 40 years. He was also president of the Oldies But Goodies Scooter Club. Glenn loved talking about his job and his family.  You could often catch him singing old 50's or country songs and he always had a joke for anyone who'd listen.

A private visitation with a graveside service and Military Honors will be held at Prairie Street Cemetery in the Veterans Section.
