Harris, 83, of 2600 Morehouse Ave., Elkhart, died at 8:30 p.m. Friday (Nov. 24, 2006), in Elkhart Rehabilitation Center. She was born Oct. 1, 1923, in Elkhart, to William and Estelle M. (Fischer) Leege Sr. Surviving are two caregivers, Betty Blessing and Bob Kaser. One brother, William Leege preceded her in death. No calling or services are planned. Cremation will take place.
