George Richard Hart Campana, age 68, passed away Tuesday, June 15th, 2021. He was born in Berkeley, California to the late Richard Hart and Laurie Plaugher Hart. After Dad Richard passed away,  Laurie remarried Bill Campana, who adopted George and his brother Richard. George grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area moving to Indiana, 20+ years ago. He was an engineer for Jayco Trailer Corporation. He was a member of The Yellow Creek of the Brethren, Goshen Indiana. He was loved by his family, friends, coworkers and church family. He was a joyful, kind and good humored man who would give anyone in need, assistance. During his life, he endured many health issues, but always remained upbeat and positive throughout those struggling days. George was an avid reader, enjoying many different genres of books and loved to share his love of books with family and friends. He was patient and found good in all. George will be deeply missed by his sister, Sue Plaugher, brother, Richard and his wife Barbara, Uncle Walter and Aunt Alyse, Aunts Jean and Vickie, nieces Rachel, Elizabeth and Shellie, great nieces and nephews, great, great nieces and cherished cousins. George was preceded in death by nephew, Noel Campana.
